With it’s central location, imposing facade and interiors, and dedicated staff, Quebecs is an impressive venue for any event. The historic Oak Room, The Conservatory and The Gladstone Suite are available to hire for meetings and private and corporate dining and events.

For your convenience we have put together delegate packages (minimum 10 delegates) that include all the essential elements required for a successful event. We are happy to tailor a package to your individiual requirements. Alternatively meeting rooms are available on a room hire basis. Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

  • Sandwich style working lunch and fresh fruit platters served in the meeting room
  • Afternoon coffee, tea and biscuits
  • Dedicated Event Manager on the day

Deluxe Day Delegate Rate £45.00 per delegate

  • Hire of meeting room between 8.30am and 5.30pm
  • LCD projector and screen, conference phone (call charges additional), flipchart and markers, conference pads and pencils, Harrogate Spa sparkling and still mineral water and mints
  • Coffee and tea on arrival
  • Morning coffee, tea and pastries
  • Hot and cold two course buffet luncheon served in The Conservatory
  • Afternoon coffee, tea and biscuits
  • Dedicated Event Manager on the day

24-Hour Residential Delegate Rate from £159.50 per delegate

  • Includes all aspects of the Standard or Deluxe Day Delegate Rate plus;
  • Overnight accommodation
  • Three course dinner including half a bottle of wine per delegate
  • Use of local premium health club
  • Full English and Continental Breakfast

Additional equipment is available to hire. Upgrades to packages, such as Bacon Butties on arrival and Afternoon Tea, are available.
