Reservations must be amended or cancelled in writing before 2pm prior to the day of arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows will result in a one night accommodation charge.
Reservations made through any other third party should be cancelled directly with the third party.
Advance Purchase Rate reservations can be cancelled but you will still be charged the full amount for the entire cost of your stay. Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservations made for five or more rooms are considered group reservations and are subject to specific terms and conditions. Groups between 5 to 20 rooms can amend or cancel in writing before 2pm seven days prior to the day of arrival. Groups of 21 or above can amend or cancel in writing before 2pm 14 days prior to arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows will result in the full charge of the booking being levied if the rooms cannot be re-sold.
